Questions
What exactly do I get?
One zip download per template: a US Letter PDF and an A4 PDF of every printed piece, a start-here guide with a worked example, JPGs of the pages and an offline personaliser (personalise.html). A bundle holds every member's files, one folder each.
Is anything printed or shipped?
No. These are digital files: you print them yourself, and nothing physical is included. Each product page lists what you need, such as cardstock, scissors or stickers.
How do I put the bride's name on it?
Open personalise.html in your browser on a computer, type her name and details once, and save a print PDF. You don't need it: the ready-made PDFs use general wording or have a line to write her name.
Does the personaliser work on my phone?
We tested it in a Chromium browser on a computer only. Other browsers, phones and tablets are untested, so use a computer for it.
When do I get the files?
By email only. After payment, the shop sends a receipt email with your download link; each link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 10 downloads. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to the support address on the thank-you page.
